The Freet Tundra casual and hiking vegan all-year-round boot.
The Freet Tundra Black is a barefoot shoe.
Barefoot shoes are minimalist shoes that give an experience close to walking barefoot with feet still protected from cold and injury. Walking in barefoot shoes strengthens muscles, helps feet regain their natural shape, ease hallux valgus, and prevents ankle, knee, and back problems. Barefoot shoes are the most comfortable shoes you have ever worn.
They are characterized by:
- Wide toe box following the natural shape of toes
- Zero heel-to-toe drop
- No arch support
- A flexible and thin sole
Main features: The Freet Tundra hiking boot is made of Premium synthetic microfibre – breathable, water-resistant, quick-drying, and very easy to maintain. The HillGrip Grip performance outsole with 4mm deep lugs is very flexible with excellent grip and therefore will provide the most ground feel even in wet and slippery conditions. The Ortholite 3mm insole provides shock absorption and has excellent ground feel when worn without an insole. Tundra boot is 12mm higher than Mudee to give a little more protection and weatherproofing.
Where to wear: These minimal boots suit well for hiking and casual wear. The inner lining is warm enough for colder conditions. For extra warmth, they can be worn with warm insoles.
Fit: The shoes are a good fit for average and wide feet. Shoes have laces to attach them.
Upper material: breathable, water-resistant microfibre
Insole: 3mm removable Ortholite
Sole: HillGrip Grip performance outsole (4mm deep lugs)
Care: we recommend cleaning your shoes scrubbing dry dirt off and hand wash with warm water if necessary
