Returns and Exchanges
It happens to all of us… online shopping is hard, especially with shoes. If you have ordered the wrong size or model and need to exchange it for something else, no worries. Follow the below steps and we’ll have it sorted out:
- Submit a new order for the new pair and pay for the order. We will send your order as soon as possible. In case you cannot find the right model in our webshop, contact us at email@example.com. We can help you make the right choice.
- Return the previously ordered pair by following the Return procedure described below.
- You will receive a refund for the returned pair once the shoes arrive back to us. You will find more details in our Terms and Conditions.
Products purchased via the online store can be returned within 14 days.
For the right of return to apply, the purchased items should not be used for any other purpose than necessary for understanding the nature, features and functioning of the product in the same way as it is allowed in a physical shop.
If products are used beyond this purpose and are returned with marks of use, we reserve the right to reduce the price for refund to compensate for loss in value.
Shipping costs of returns are covered by the client. Original shipping cost up to lowest available shipping fee is refunded together with product refund. Please fill in the below form to inform us about your wish to return products. We will contact you no later than in 2 business days with details on how to send the parcel back.
If you face quality problems with shoes purchased from our shop that could be a result of production, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number and date
- Name and size of the product
- Description of the defect
- Please attach photos that depict the defect.
We will contact you to find the best solution to the problem.
Decision about production defect is taken by the producer.
