Barefoot shoes are the most comfortable shoes you have ever worn.

They are characterized by:

  •  Wide toe box following the natural shape of toes
  •  Zero heel-to-toe drop
  •  No arch support
  •  A flexible and thin sole

1 review for Xero Shoes Forza Trainer Black Men

  1. Merlin.

Lets start with negatives then positives. Because that’s what people want to know more.

    Cons: 1.SUPER slippery on ice.
2.Water gets in super easily on top.
3.If you have skinny feet and are small then the velcro strap is too long. So it’s gonna flap a little and can use only 10-20% velcro. (My leg radius or cm around it is like 23cm. Between my ankle and bridge part). Not really accurate measurement but then you kind of know how small feet I have. My size is 42.
4.The pictures kind of lie. They don’t look so nice and clean. Reduce the looks with 10-15%. (But they still look good. In my opinion they are 9/10 on picture. Reduce it with 10%-15%. It’s 8/10or7,5/10). Math!!!

Pros. 1.Already mentioned. They are modern and look actually good for a barefoot.
2.Air gets it really nicely on top, that’s why water gets in too easily. Pros and cons of it.
    3.Obviously, thin bottom.
4.Kind of comfortable. My first real barefoot shoes. Like I mentioned. My feet skinny and they have quite alot of room there. 😀
    5. Full black. Not much grey. That’s a big pro in my opinion.
    6. Adjustable shoe sole on the shoe but there is a small problem. If you take the foam out then your feet feel little weird because they might have too much room. (But not sure because that’s my first barefoot don’t know how they “suppose” to be). 😀 + my feet skinny.
    7. Really durable. Seems so far. I mean look at the pictures and try to find a weak link. Velcro is the weakest link in my eyes. But then you can just clue or sew them together and use shoe laces? 😀

In the end. If you like when you take your shoes off and your feet can be free and toes have room to wiggle… Buy barefoot shoes. They feel free while you walk. This is perfect for new comers too because you have adjustable foam/sole there. For new comers use the foam. After few months you can take foam away = more freedom. (They seem really durable. I believe they will last months if not 2 years).
