Barefoot shoes are minimalist shoes that give an experience close to walking barefoot with feet still protected from cold and injury. Walking in barefoot shoes strengthens muscles, helps feet regain their natural shape, ease hallux valgus, and prevents ankle, knee, and back problems. Barefoot shoes are the most comfortable shoes you have ever worn.

•  A flexible and thin sole

Main features: The Freet Motus sneaker is made of breathable, durable and water-repellent leather. The sole is very flexible and therefore will provide the most ground feel. The ConnectMax EVA 2mm midsole provides excellent ground feel when worn without an insole.

Where to wear: These minimal sneakers suit well for city streets and lighter terrain. They are great from spring to autumn.

Fit: The shoes are a good fit for average and wide feet with a medium and high instep. Shoes have laces to attach them.
